What needs attention?

Report something broken, make a complaint, describe a requirement, suggest an idea, or ask a question. You do not need to know the responsible team or the technical vocabulary.

File publicly

The form asks what is affected, what happened or what you need, and what a satisfactory outcome would look like. You can add evidence and indicate urgency.

A GitHub account is required. The submission and replies are public. The resulting issue URL is your reference: follow it, add corrections or evidence, and use it to check progress. If related work already exists, add to its thread.

File privately

For personal information, private client matters, security details, or other confidential material, use your existing private Group conversation or a private repository you are authorized to access. Say what is affected, what you need, and how you would recognize a satisfactory result. Ask for a reference and the receiving status.

People with access to the Group's service system can also use the authenticated work board. Sign in with your own identity.

What happens next

The CTO monitors public submissions and technical work across Group repositories, identifies the capable service and authorized actuator, and carries technical work through to a demonstrated result. Your original submission, evidence, and success conditions remain attached to the work as it moves.

Filing records your need. Native receipt, a commitment to act, implementation, and your acceptance of the result are separate steps. An issue being closed alone does not prove the requested effect occurred.
