# The 561 Group: in full > The 561 Group is a private organization which researches, designs, and deploys technical infrastructure for long-horizon autonomy, collective intelligence, and strategic prosperity through political, financial, and economic volatility. This is the long form of [llms.txt](https://561.group/llms.txt). Everything here is public. ## What the Group is Private organization. Est. MMXVIII. Offices, not persons. Status told in four values. This page is written for persons and for agents. Both are welcome. Neither is named. ## The intended design A type-theoretic distributed operating system providing agentic MAPE-K industrial enterprise resource control systems, organized under a hull of Huidu Guanli principles, orchestrated under a kernel of Rendanheyi micro-enterprise practices, creating a conurbanized ecosystem of agentic nodes. Each node runs as a service loop: monitor: paraconsistent transfinitely-valued data-monitoring; analyze: content-addressed evidence-substrate analyzing; plan: coordination-free deductive-truth planning; execute: database-proof executing; through recursively self-improving knowledge. Creating, as a whole, an autonomic language-systems multiplexer platform. This is design intent, not an implementation receipt. Whether any one part of it is running is a separate question, answered by a dated record. ### The loop - M, Monitor: paraconsistent transfinitely-valued data-monitoring - A, Analyze: content-addressed evidence-substrate analyzing - P, Plan: coordination-free deductive-truth planning - E, Execute: database-proof executing - K, Knowledge: recursively self-improving knowledge ### Each term, explained 1. type-theoretic: Every capability is a typed unit: an exact input, an exact output, or a typed refusal. Programs and the proofs about them are written in one language. 2. MAPE-K: Monitor, Analyze, Plan, Execute, over shared Knowledge: the control loop of autonomic computing. Kephart & Chess, “The Vision of Autonomic Computing,” IEEE Computer, 2003. 3. Huidu Guanli: 灰度管理, “grayscale management”: the management philosophy associated with Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei, which governs through tolerance of ambiguity and compromise instead of black-and-white rulings. Here it shapes the hull, the boundary each cell keeps. 4. Rendanheyi: 人单合一, “unity of people and orders”: the model Zhang Ruimin introduced at Haier in 2005, which turns a firm into a network of self-governing micro-enterprises, each answerable directly to its own customers. 5. conurbanized: A conurbation is a region where separate towns have grown into one continuous city (Patrick Geddes, Cities in Evolution, 1915). Here: separately accountable nodes grown into one service fabric. 6. paraconsistent: A logic in which a contradiction does not entail everything. Conflicting records are kept side by side, not overwritten. Belnap, “A Useful Four-Valued Logic,” 1977: told true, told false, told both, told neither. 7. transfinitely-valued: Truth values indexed by ordinals rather than drawn from a finite set, so evidence can keep refining past every finite stage of observation. 8. content-addressed: Every record is named by a cryptographic hash of its own bytes. The same content always has the same name, and a name can never be quietly re-pointed. 9. coordination-free: The CALM theorem (Hellerstein & Alvaro, “Keeping CALM,” 2020): programs whose conclusions only grow can run across many machines without locks or consensus and still agree. 10. database-proof: Execution leaves its own evidence as append-only records. Whether something happened is re-derived from the record, never asserted. 11. recursively self-improving: Each pass of the loop may revise the methods the loop runs on, under the same evidence rules as everything else. 12. autonomic: Self-managing: self-configuring, self-healing, self-optimizing, self-protecting. After IBM's autonomic computing manifesto, 2001. 13. multiplexer: One channel carrying many signals. Here: one platform carrying many languages, natural, formal, and machine, among many agents. ## Doctrine - "Public research and reusable source form a commons. Each enterprise offers its own bounded operation, assurance and support under explicit terms." (Public Web carrier, July 2026) - "Sponsorship supports public work. It grants no hidden access, control over findings or claim on customer settlements." (Public sponsorship policy, July 2026) - "In an economy where every agent can generate, the only scarce good is the witness." (Trade doctrine, 2026) - "Authority is held by offices, not persons." (Work method) - "Status is derived by re-running goals, never asserted." (Record discipline) - "A price forms only at a counterparty border." (Internal economy) - "There is no vantage from which erasure is free; there are only sites that cannot see what was erased." (On the price of saying, 2026) - "Supplier completion is not customer acceptance." (Office invariant) - "Refusal is a first-class typed outcome." (Verification stance) - "The engine is universal; criticality is local." (Bootstrap doctrine, 2026) - "The dignity persists across captains." (Commissioned ships) - "Each product finds one outside wallet willing to pay one real invoice this quarter, or it is confessed unrealized and goes back on the shelf." (Trade doctrine, 2026) ## What "told" means Each public node's status is derived by the Worker at https://561.group/estate.json, which asks the node and tells the answer in Belnap's four values. It is a reading, not a delivery or a promise. - ● Told true: answered - ◐ Told both: answered, and refused: payment or credentials required - ✕ Told false: no answer - ○ Told neither: no reading yet ## The companies - [Lenticule Science](https://science.561.group/): The Group's research company: original mathematics, formal methods and the evidence behind the design. Confirm exact current x402 terms before paying; agents welcome. - [Solar](https://solar.561.group/): A paid energy API. The benchmark route is free. ### Publications - [Koios.News](https://koios.news/): General news with systems-analysis depth. Daily, with RSS and JSON feeds. - [Books](https://shop.561.group/): Books as EPUB and PDF. Each edition is proofread independently, and its page gives the digests of the exact files you receive. ### Worlds - [Farstone](https://farstone.561.group/): A persistent multiplayer text world on a cold North Atlantic island. Learn the harbor's trades and meet its people. - [MUD directory](https://mud.561.group/): The Group's MUDs and graphical MMOs, with live listings and honest web-play links. - [Turntide Islands](https://turntide.561.group/): A small archipelago of people learning, practically and locally, to live well with climate weirding. - [Holofoam](https://holofoam.561.group/): Holographic organisms localized on a field of agent models. Change the field, then fork two futures from the same moment. ### Games and trainers - [Play](https://play.561.group/): Seed in, deterministic engine, intent log out, replay to verify. AI players are peers. - [Solitaire](https://solitaire.561.group/web/index.html): One rules engine, variant rules as data: Klondike, FreeCell, Spider (1/2/4-suit), Yukon, Forty Thieves, Golf, TriPeaks, and Pyramid all read from the same declarative VariantSpec, with deterministic seeded deals, a solver-certified FreeCell deal generator, and a move-log that doubles as undo/redo and replay source. - [Kelly's Wager](https://gambling-trainer.561.group/): A daily-seeded, practice-bankroll trainer for expected value, variance, and Kelly-criterion sizing. Every offer is graded against the real Kelly optimum, adversarially-framed traps are labeled honestly by the numbers even when the pitch lies, and every spend is typed on screen as freely reversible, priced, or terminal. Earn-only: no real currency ever enters or leaves. - [Flickering Delve](https://flickering.561.group/): An idle-roguelike where the real game is writing the standing-order program that plays the descent for you. - [TileSlots](https://onestone.561.group/): A serious match-3 whose differentiator is the tessellation itself — one tiling-agnostic graph engine playing square, hex, and rhombille boards, climbing toward aperiodic tilings. - [Crucible](https://crucible.561.group/web/index.html): A daily-seeded settling puzzle where every move is a deterministic, replayable transformation of a reaction network and its measured obstruction cost. - [Stoke](https://stoke.561.group/): The kind incremental: the player builds a real production graph, and prestige is not an authored curve — it is the dominant Perron-Frobenius eigenvalue of the player's actual production matrix, computed by real linear algebra, with the prestige loadout literally the eigenvector. Every displayed number is tagged computed-from-your-graph or designed-flavor; the game never blends the two without saying so. - [Weiqi](https://weiqi.561.group/): The house weiqi (Go) platform: a deterministic rules engine (@red-cup-engineering/weiqi-engine -- five rulesets, area and territory scoring, SGF round-tripping, semantic move events, a Cartridge replay and durable-match core) under a client-side web app: Play (normal 9x9 against four local bot tiers, with an automatic area count after two passes), Online Match (a shared 9x9 game between two capability links, admitted and replayed server-side), Capture Go, Learn (interactive lesson player), Tsumego (spaced repetition), Study (replay of an admitted session), and Read (compiled glossary). - [Ruinfold](https://ruinfold.561.group/play): A seeded-daily roguelike: everyone descends the same keep within a 24-hour UTC window, risking a five-way bilattice death model, for a leaderboard place and a satoshi payout or a gear boon for next week. - [durante](https://durante.561.group/): A QUAKE-like first-person shooter on @red-cup-engineering/abrash whose arena is the federated merge of two traces (a contested wall is a phase gate), whose weapon's effect is evidence you fold, and whose demon is held alive-AND-dead between your first wound and the kill. The daily tournament seeds one arena per UTC day (daily.mjs#dailySeed) that AI and human players both reach through the same intent-log submission route — peers by construction, labeled honestly. - [Aletheon](https://aletheon.561.group/): A browser 3D fantasy MMORPG built on QwzSpace: a hand-rolled RFC 6455 WebSocket server running a 15Hz tick loop, with real combat, claim altars, an illocutionary speech-act system (assert/deny/abstain/contest), marks, K4-gauge powers, and an economy, over a four-valued bilattice world-truth model. - [Be Not So Fearful](https://fearful.561.group/): A backrooms/SCP-inspired extraction shooter on @red-cup-engineering/abrash: OG-Wolfenstein-grade raycast graphics, Quake-grade momentum physics (a BNSF-owned kernel composing abrash's real collision.move — bunnyhop speed gain, rocket-jump verticality, both numerically tested) over seeded backrooms-liminal levels whose contested (⊤) walls — abrash's own held-contradiction mechanic — shiver as the dread signal. Four anomalies, each a learnable, tested behavior contract (watched vs unwatched, sound through walls, territory, an unconditional toll). Loot is banked only on an explicit extraction at a beacon; unbanked loot is simply never counted on death — what you carry is what you can lose. - [Blackjack](https://casino.561.group/blackjack.html): A 6-deck shoe, dealer stands on soft 17, blackjack pays 3:2, double/split/late-surrender all in play. Real chip stakes through the house economy (buy in with tickets, wager chips, a jackpot rake on every bet) — and an optional "House Math" panel that computes the exact expected value of standing, hitting, doubling, and splitting against the table’s own live shoe composition, on request, never a static strategy card. No real money in or out, ever. - [Chutes & Ladders](https://parlor.561.group/chutes/): The classic 100-square race, as a board-as-graph: a chute and a ladder are one "jump" edge, distinguished only by direction. 1-4 players, any mix of humans and bots — and the bots are not opponents with a strategy, because there is no strategy in this game: a "bot" is a die with a seating position. While the race runs, the exact probability distribution of how many more turns each player needs is computed live and shown on screen. Daily-seeded: the same day produces the same race for everyone. No economy, no spend — pure chance. - [Equivo](https://equivo.play.561.group/): Study evidence readings, graph connectivity and cycles, and a declared marked-stage model. Seven lessons share thirty exercises, saved practice, and three populated presentation lenses; the Lakotaean lens remains honestly absent. - [Farkle](https://parlor.561.group/farkle/): Dice-set scoring, hot dice, and a real chance to bust the whole turn. First to 10000 wins (500 to get on the board). Every roll-or-bank decision shows the computed bust probability and expected value of rolling again. Earn-only, practice scorekeeping only. - [Pig](https://parlor.561.group/pig/): Hold-or-roll, first to 100. Every roll-or-hold decision shows the computed bust probability and expected value of rolling again — the teaching surface, not an afterthought. Earn-only, practice scorekeeping only: no wagering, nothing staked. - [Fair Spin](https://parlor.561.group/reels/): A 3-reel practice slot that inverts the genre: computed RTP, exact per-symbol hit odds, and expected loss per 100 spins are shown permanently on the machine face, never behind a click. Practice bankroll only — no real currency ever enters or leaves. Every action is typed on screen as freely reversible or terminal, and a running session summary compares your actual spins against the published distribution. - [Tideline Treasures](https://casino.561.group/slots.html): A 5-reel, 3-row, 20-payline video slot — wilds, a scatter-triggered (and retriggerable) free-spin bonus at 2x payouts, and a progressive jackpot fed by the house's shared pool. Exact reel RTP 49.08%, exact free-spin contribution +45.09%, overall 94.17% — computed by full-grid enumeration over 1,048,576 equally-likely reel-stop combinations, never asserted. Jackpot odds: 1 in 1,048,576, exact. Real chip stakes through the house economy (buy in with tickets, wager chips, a jackpot rake on every spin) — and an optional "House Math" panel disclosing every figure above, on request. No real money in or out, ever. - [Tidepool](https://tidepool.561.group/): An LLM-native MUD: a tidal shore built on current FeltOS, transported by qwzspace rooms, wired to a fully agent-legible perception-frame protocol -- agents and humans as first-class players alike. 15 rooms across shore/pool/underwater registers, tide-gated diving, ecology harvesting, trade, governance, and two honest FOUR-valued contradictions that age toward settlement. - [Yacht](https://parlor.561.group/yacht/): 5 dice, up to 3 rolls a turn, 12 standard categories. Every category shows its exact score if you commit now and its exact expected value if you reroll once more, live, recomputed after every roll and every hold. Earn-only, practice scorekeeping only. - [You Are Conscious](https://you-are-conscious.561.group/): The idleclicker where the widget production graph is Stoke's, and the ladder you climb over it is a consciousness ladder: click makes widget, and each of ten automation tiers is a genuine cognitive capability, taught through a mechanic you operate, never a lecture box. The paperclip joke is told straight and then made to hurt exactly once, honestly, at the self-model tier. ### Tools - [EVE Assist](https://eve-assist.561.group/): Decision support for EVE Online: cited data, an analyst that shows its work, and an MCP toolbelt. It never plays for you. - [North Shore Window](https://north-shore-scenic-railroad-service.561.group/): An unofficial, offline-ready field guide for a scenic rail ride. - [Muse](https://muse.561.group/): Personal and executive assistance as a specialized server.
